THE
MANIFESTO
SCAPEG AT

My name is Ana Zore Grmek and I am here as:
-
A fellow human who sees that psychological wounds are profoundly real, that they deserve our care and attention and that they, in them, hold the power and opportunity for personal growth and transformation.
-
A fellow scapegoat who has been immersed in a world that was suffocating and depleting, who has walked through the pain of separation and who recognises that there truly are other environments, systems and relationships out there that honour our humanity.
-
A wounded healer who believes that change is possible through moments of genuine and corrective connection, insights and the freedom that comes with personal growth and transformation.

My educational background:
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy Science from Sigmund Freud University Vienna, Ljubljana branch and have completed a four-year specialisation in psychodynamic psychotherapy through the Institute of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Slovenia.
Over the years I have worked in diverse settings including educational, community, and NGO contexts supporting individuals, couples, and groups in self-exploration, insight, and personal development. My earlier work included workshops focused on psycho-education, destigmatizing emotional struggles, and normalizing the challenges of navigating life’s complexities.
I have devoted years to exploring the human experience and the ways we grow, adapt, and find meaning in life. My journey has been informed by the study of patterns in human relationships, Jungian psychology, dream work, existential inquiry, and creative practices such as writing, drawing, and movement.
Disclaimer: The sessions I offer are not psychotherapy and do not constitute clinical treatment.
