THE
MANIFESTO
SCAPEG AT

“And I feel that a man is a very important thing—maybe more important than a star.
This is not theology. I have no bent toward gods.
But I have a new love for that glittering instrument, the human soul.
It is a lovely and unique thing in the universe.
It is always attacked and never destroyed—because Thou mayest.”
— Lee to Adam, East of Eden by John Steinbeck, p.371
The spirit of The Scapegoat Manifesto carries the essence of the phrase “Thou mayest.”
It speaks to our capacity to choose, to move beyond the roles, patterns, and conditioning that no longer serve us. By cultivating awareness, deep understanding of ourselves, and mindful presence, we can release the narratives imposed upon us and step into a new chapter: a chapter of authenticity, freedom and fully lived life.
My approach:
Grounded in the exploration of human experience, archetypal patterns, and reflective practices, I offer coaching sessions where we explore the themes of the scapegoat archetype and other subtle patterns that shape our lives. Together, we reflect on recurring patterns, coping strategies, and the inherited roles or expectations that may keep us from fully connecting with ourselves and others. The coaching sessions draw on both my studies and my personal experience of self-exploration through varied approaches, including psychodynamic, integrative, and transpersonal methods.
What is prioritised in sessions:
-
Creating a safe and supportive space for reflection and self-discovery
-
Cultivating awareness of inner resources and personal strengths
-
Exploring ways to engage more authentically with yourself and others
-
Supporting clarity, intentionality, and decision-making in daily life
-
Encouraging resilience, self-compassion, and grounded presence
